Location of the house

Located above Portocolom in a peaceful natural setting, the finca offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy the tranquillity of Mallorca and the proximity to charming villages with authentic Mediterranean character.

The finca is situated on the southeast coast of Mallorca, between Portocolom and S’Horta, right next to the Vall d’Or Golf Course.

I am Carolina and I take care of our Finca Es Socorrat.
Everything is prepared so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the sun.
I live on the same plot, away from the house, and I am quickly available if any issue arises.

The plot and its inhabitants

The vacation home stands on an area of 22,000 m2 in total. Most of it is left in its natural state with pine trees and local bushes. Only the garden directly around the finca is laid out with lawns and local plants.
Our little donkey and pony (Rosi & Peluche) live on the plot away from the house and are always happy to receive visitors - especially children and when there are carrots :-)

Portocolom – a charming place

The charming harbour town of Portocolom is located on the southeast coast of Mallorca and has preserved its original character to this day—far from mass tourism. Around its idyllic natural harbour, you will find a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, numerous water sports activities, and boat rental options.

Small coves with crystal-clear water invite you to relax and swim—ideal for both adults and children.

Thanks to its location, Portocolom is the perfect starting point to explore the east and southeast of Mallorca. The picturesque towns of Santanyí and Felanitx, as well as the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor, are located nearby.
